Baby Carrots are a versatile snack that are a good “go to.”

*6 baby carrots=1/2C or 1 serving
*can last in sealed plastic bags up to 2 weeks in the fridge
*kids love to dip them!!

Creamy & Chunky Veggie Dip (makes 3, 1C servings)

2Tbsp salsa 2C cucumber sicks
4Tbsp fat-free Ranch dressing 2C carrot sticks or
baby carrots

Combine dressing and salsa. Stir until blended. Chill and serve!

Our first Parents’ Night Out was a great success!!! The children had a great time, and the smiles on moms and dads faces proved they did as well. Miss Alicia & Miss Miriam will host again the FIRST FRIDAY of each month. At several requests, the time will be extended to 9:30, and the cost will be $25. Next Parents’ Night Out will be Friday, May 3rd

In honor of Theodore Geisel, aka “Dr. Seuss”‘s birthday, the children will have a week long celebration. This will include reading a number of the classic books, creative crafts and snacks, and special treats!

The week will kick off with a visitor from SEUSSOLOGY on Monday, March 4th.

The kids will love it!
